The 1,200 fragrant lavender plants in Ham House's Cherry Garden are legendary. On August 15 and 17 and September 5 and 7, everyone is welcome to cut their lavender directly from the Cherry Garden as the season draws to a close. Participate in the lavender pruning and take a few bunches home to continue to enjoy the fragrance after the event! No prior expertise is essential, and the Ham team will supply all necessary pruning tools.
